Terra Verde Resort is a new gated full-resort rental home community in West Kissimmee, just
a short drive south of the center of US 192. Located on the east side of Poinciana Blvd,
guests at Terra Verde Resort can be in Walt Disney World within 12 minutes by using the
quiet Osceola Parkway.
Resort features include a community swimming pool with large deck and chaise lounges, a beach
volleyball court, and a children’s play area. There is also a well stocked fishing pond, a sunning beach
and an exercise facility. The clubhouse includes a concierge desk, a sundry shop and big screen
satellite TV.

Terra Verde is one of the newest and nicest vacation communities in Central Florida. Great restaurants and many of
Orlando’s 52 theme parks, including Walt Disney World, are located within a 4 to 5 minute drive for the community.
Located in a gated community, Terre Verde is a well thought out development featuring 3 and 4 bedroom town
homes. Each town home comes complete with a large deck with many of them include swimming pools or Jacuzzis.
Also included in the develop are 4, 5, 6, and 7 bedroom vacation homes which have all been decorated to a tee.
Even though this is a new vacation development the landscaping is beautifully designed and many homes display
views overlooking some of the stocked fishing ponds on the property. If swimming is in your vacation plans you will
be excited to know that the community swimming pool at the clubhouse is huge not to mention the gorgeous views it
lends it self by overlooking the Terra Verde’s largest pond.
